After a long career in distribution and logistics management, I obtained my real estate license. After a short time

I realized it was not for me. During this time I became interested in home inspection so I went to school and became a certified home inspector and environmental tester in Tampa Florida. The business was doing well then the financial crisis of 2007 happened and home sales plummeted and I was forced to shut  down the business  and I returned to distribution

After retiring from full time work in 2018, I pursued home watch. I felt it was a service that was very much needed in Florida but it was not well known.

I really enjoy helping people and home watch gives me an opportunity to really help people when they are away for the season. I become their eyes and ears and partner while they are away.

There are many people to claim to be home watchers like neighbors, pool cleaners, gardeners and handymen.
